This is a classic web rip-off scam. On 1 April I responded to spam offering unbelievably cheap cigarettes. The website was tobaccopalace.com - which offered cartons of cigarettes for as low a price as $16. That's the bait. I made a purchase of $74.75 $14.95 = $89.70 on 04/01/04. The purchase was ...
