I sent two corning 18 inch boiling flasks that were hand blown in england to thurston Levay owner of Glass insturments incorporated on febuary 11th 2008. I revieved one plasma globe via ups it was broken apon arrival. I sent it back for repair. They were supposed to reimburse the return shipping ...
