I was solicited on April 16th for a mastercard for a credit limit of $2000.00. They told me that if I paid $199.00 I would never have to pay for an annual fee or monthly fees. Also the interest rate was "0% the first year and just 9-10% the year after that for as long as I kept the card!" ...
