I will confirm that is just a total FRAUD. After spending via MoneyBookers (as he does not take PayPal) I came across that each simple mail he materials continues to be gathered. These emails aren't choose-in (as he promises on his website)... Not even close to it! 1-Billion illegal, unacceptable, ...
