Today August 16th I was in the Horseheads Byrne Dairy (Ithaca Rd and Route 13) I was first in line and was waiting 2 or 3 min. Not a big deal... Then the line grew and grew... 2 people were doing something by the ice cream/sink area and 1 was outside smoking. The Subway employee was waiting on her ...
