I first contacted Boyd Mechanical yesterday (May 10th) concerning my AC unit not working. The temperature in our home had shot up to over 90F in a matter of hours and one of my dogs had suffered a heat stroke due to the extreme heat (English Bulldogs are very susceptible to heat).
