Blackberry refused to repair my playbook for free under warranty. The Micro usb port on the playbook got bent and i tried to straightenit out so i could charge it but the connector broke off
The micro usb connector on the playbook got bent so the charger would not fit. I tried to bent it back in shape but it broke off. I sent it to blackberry because it was sill under warranty but they refused to repair it for free under the warranty. They wanted $99 to repair it. ...
