I have been getting harassing phone calls from a man who claims he is Dr. Brian Moynihan, Director, Credit/Telex Dept. He has a very distinct accent, he is from another Country, and keeeps calling me for money, so I can receive an ATM Card. He has sent me a picture ID with the name Brian Moynihan ...
