AT&T service sucks! Billing me for cancellation when I am within my 30 days to switch
Just got a bill from at&t where they are billing me for cancellation of service. I got line from at&t on 12/21/07 and switched to verizon on 1/17/08 therefore i am within my 30 days. The customer service said they dont know if i am within my 30 days, i have to call another number ...
