After seven, 7, months and numerous calls I still have not received the $49.99 rebate. After each call it take "3 to 4 weeks to process" and nothing happens
Purchased SBC Yahoo DSL in July and filed the rebate form in August.initial follow up indicated they had not received the form. Sent fax November 28. Called to learn the "check was mailed 12/6" but it was never received. Called January 3 and told them to Stop Payment and reissue. Was told ...
