Went to the 3 day seminar it had some good info but of course it was another sales pitch... Then they want me to pay 30,000 to be mentored. Why would I pay 30,000 for more mentorship when I could pay 7,000 down payment and closeing cost and have a 3 Tenement home... What a joke ...
