On 4/24 I purchased a Samsung phone from Amazon. When I received it I registered it on the Samsung web site for the year guarantee. The phone started having issues in July & I contacted Samsung.initially they gave me a Ticket number, but within a few days sent an e-mail that the phone was out ...
