In a nutshell these people are idiots. In 1984 (no that is not a typo) I had a smalls student loan for 1500.00. I paid the first part of the loan (1000.00) and then paid the balance off a year later when I left my home state for good the debt was paid. Didn't hear anything of it, nor should I. I ...
