Have owed many apartment as well as lrg. Apt. Buildings in other states much larger than this 18 unit apt. Owner Eric Goldenberg does not care what's so ever about tenants repairs. Bldg. Located at 6134 Woodman Ave. Van Nuys, CA. Tenants are constantly moving out/in & they can't want for 1 year ...
