In August I paid $2000 for a GSD, her AKC papers, and her chip, from Gayle Barnes of Ravenwolf Shepherds. I received the dog and love her very much; however, I have never received the papers or the chip. I have tried numerous times to contact her, but she will not call, email, or write back. The ...
