Charged me $1400.00 in fees on $67.06 of toll charges. Is camera legal?
First the toll charges are based on camera surveillance.in Nov and Dec I had $67.06 in charges. First invoice was in Jan. With 2nd invoice two weeks later adding $2.00 late fee. I paid that when I paid other bills. They never cashed that payment. Then two weeks later, I got an invoice for $1467.06. ...
