So looks like a lot of others have the same problem with Bally's who con you into signing 2 year contract then when you want to cancel they tell you its a 3 year contract even if the gym is absolute garbage, ie: staff rude, unhelpful, equipment is dirty, etc. Well it has now been almost 10 years ...
