False Advertising. Bought Prepaid (They Advertised as) wasn't Prepaid Had to Suscribe. Name Address, social security number. Cannot get refund. Automated phone cant get through
Card comes sealed in blue package. Front Page says Prepaid Visa Card, Back Page says Prepaid Card. Middle Page sealed with rubber cement. False advertising!!! Bought Card with $8.94 surcharge-have no problem with that. Paid $50.00 Total. This card is not a prepaid card or I would be able to use it ...
