Collection letter claims debt larger than my card limit
I received a collection letter in my mailbox stating I owed Capital One Bank $1721.02. Which I thought was a neat trick considering I've never had anything more then a credit card with them. Even then, my limit on said card was only 1/3 of that amount and still in good standing. Not sure how ...
