I e-mailed and asked them, If i didnt qualify for there 6 month gaurantee to cancell my account. This was 2 days before my renwewal date. They didnt give me a reason why i didnt qualify for the 6 monthe gaurentee. But went ahead and billed me again anyway and will not give me a refund I wonder how ...
