Rip off. I rec a ticket 5/07 paid 40.00 w / time frame. PVB claimed to have to rec ticket. I had check copy tby 7/08 the ticket was 114.00
I rec a ticket paid with intime frame. 40.00 Rec notice ticket wasn't paid. I maile several times a copy of the check. I rec form letter over & over requesting w / a time frame to mail copy of check. I was offered to mail an aditional 40.00 I did. It was applied to the now 114.00. I HAD to pay ...
