Unable to contact and get refund!
DIRECTAIR shut down all flights March 13 until May 15 because it owes Plattsburgh $100,000 for fuel. My frustration: this is out of my control. I have no recourse to get my $238.38 back on a plane ticket slated for a vacation March 17th to March 22nd which is now ruined! No one at DirectAir is ...
