Ripoff, billed for more gas on fill-ups than my tank can physically hold
On more than one occassion I have filled my gas tank at Arco's AM/PM gas stations. On at least 2 occassions at the location in Oakdale (have 3 receipts) I topped-off my tanks, and the gallons of gas on the pump & on the receipts show that I put in 18 gallons of gas (18.49, and 18.867). On ...
