In January I was in arrears according to the Friend of the Court $1800. I paid it. They sent $1600.00 to my ex. What happened to the other money? COURT FEES? Two months later they intercepted my federal tax return for $1500.00 dollars. I just made a payment for $200.00. They say the received 200.00 ...
