Not Reciving Bills
Have bought many collectibles from thr Franklin Mint. Went four months without reciving a bill. Sent numberous e-mails to Customer Service but never recived a response. Finally recived a bill for $250.00 due now and a $10.00 late fee. Again sent numberous email but got no response from any of them. ...
