Ripoff, painting contractor, employees not paid, dishonest, wrote bad checks, filed complaint on him, won judgement but he won't pay!
I worked for painting contractor Jim Hile aka Colors Galore in the Fall of 2004. The work site was located in Wellsboro, PA. The last 2 pay checks from Mr. Hile bounced. It took several calls and trips to his bank (he had by then closed his account) and business for him to make these checks good. ...
