Charged Three Times for One Payment, Overdraft Fees Not Refunded
This is a very serious report. On August 16th, I called Comcast to pay my bills, like I do every month. All I need to hear from them is, "what can I help you with? What is your credit card #, and here is your approval code." So I call this guy... Off the 1-800 number... And this joker ...
