Piedmont water co. Has a policy to charge consumers for water even if it is turned off. I have to pay $34.00 a month $408 dollars a year if i have the water on and never use a drop. I can spend $35 dollars to turn the water off and only pay $20.00 a month or $275 a year on the so called seasonal ...
