I received a letter today from Insignia, signed by Fernanod Silva and Sean Wilson, both VP's of Best Buy Canada. Apparently my TV, model # IS-LCDTV26 which I bought in the summer of 2005 goes on fire! I paid $1500 for this TV and here's the deal: They will send me a box to ship it back to Insignia ...
