Cbs billboards sold me billboards they know would not work, then sued me for payment
In late 2010 I signed a contract for (3) Billboards in Chicago Area: 1 on rt. 31 in Aurora, 1 on 294 by Grand Avenue and one on I-55 at 1st Avenue.
