Dave, from customer service product was charged to my card before postmark on package. Product was cancelled on 11/20. They contend product was sent out that day, but postmark shows 11/29
On 11/20, I called and cancelled the product. On 12/03, I received the product again. I called again, and was told they had sent the product out on 11/15, contrary to what the post mark states. Anyone interested in filing a class action suit against them to stop this from happening to others, ...
