Ripoff. Terrible customer service, fradulent and deceptive billing
On 1/9/04 my father whom is 72 years went into verizon and bought 5 phones and picked the shareplan 5500 minutes family plan. Gave them a cashiers check for 904.00 that day for the phones and then was sent 5 different billing statements with 3 of them with a balance of 47.00 due and 2 for 299.00 ...
