Ripoff, contract violations, fraud, no service
I have made many attempts to cancel the vonage contract both by phone and e-mail. I had to cancel my credit card account to stop them contiueing to rip me off. Then reported them to the national and local BBB though that may do little good from what I have read here. I still have their equiptment ...
