What a contract! They troll the parking spaces in an adjacent public lot in the Quincy Marina Bay complex. They tow about 150 yards to a "hangar" building that you can WALK to from the lot. There are NO signs in this enormous lot. Restaurant vendors don't know "who tows" there. ...
