Civil Summons Over $763.92 Account I Never Opened
I got a civil summons to court by MCM and I know I haven't every purchase any type of credit from these guys. In the paper it says I open this account July 25 and now the balance is 763.92. So I want to know where do I go from here besides going to the court date. Can I fight this sue please help ...
