This co. Took my $5,000.00 deposit and tried to sell me a home with crumbling cement. They do not level the ground before pouring cement. Is this even legal?
Portrait homes sold me a home with brand new cement which was crumbling. I didnt understand until i saw another home which just had their patio poured.
