We purchased a Cavco in 1998 and were assured we had a one year warranty. Within that year we found out that none of the walls are on joists. With a cathedral ceiling, the trusses all support the roof.in the kitchen I have 2 short walls, the ceiling cracks if I put anything heavy in the kitchen ...
