Beware! They word their Policies so that nothing winds up being covered. Had a "pipe" leak on a water tank that caused erosion at the base of the pipe... Not Covered
I would not recommend this home warranty company to anyone!!! I had an undetected pipe leak that caused a more pronounced leak around where the pipe comes up from the tank. They have their policy worded so well that they do not cover any "tank issues". This was not a tank issue. This was ...
