Although my charge card hasn't been billed (however), I've had exactly the same encounter as the rest of the people here. Acquired an order confirmation... And that is it. They don't reply emails or telephone calls. BBB website claims they're from company. Lesson learned. Seek advice from the BBB before purchasing from any unfamiliar web site.
