I bought two-pair of sneakers but just acquired one. Have created for them often requesting a solution for this issue but to no avail, they ignored me. They have to get their work. DON'T BUY FROM SHOEBUY.com They nevertheless have my income. Notice OUR MONEY-NOT theirs!
