I needed to come back three products I'd requested Nov. 24, from MyShape. I approached them-and obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) quantity and delivery tag on Dec. 15, using their apologies that I needed to come back them-but thanks for going right through the return procedure. The reimbursement was believed at $265.73.By January 11, I'dnot obtained a reimbursement however, although advantages established that MyShape obtained the things that I delivered. I had been informed with a customer support representative although an email dated January 13 that MyShape isn't any longer taking results which the things could be delivered in my experience. Today, it was not the return policy after I requested these things, or was it the plan after I desired to return them. But given that they have started this "all sales closing" settlement, they wont return the things or return my income. They're no further answering communications, and that I have since started the procedure of arguing the cost on my charge card, and that I have submitted a using the Better Business Office.
