To begin with, I Have been purchasing Rest Bras from Desire Items for atleast 7 years, same sz. With no issue... That's till 8 mos. Before.instantly the bras did not match right, these were too restricted. And so I sent them atleast 4 times (from Nov. Of '08 to Mar. Of '09) and all I acquired was the runaround. I actually named customer support that was a large mistake. This individual who did not truly comprehend Language explained they never return shipping costs even when they created an error? All she did was deliver me another group of bras... And again these were mislabled. After closer examination I then found out the straps were smaller by 2-3 inches. And so I submitted a with BBB and someone from the title of Linda Denninger replied by stating anything completely idotic, " we alter the bras per-customer's feed-back" plus, " if it generally does not match to her preference, very little we are able to do." What? I have never heard about something like this before! When they really altered the purchase per my demand the straps might all function as the same dimension. What I believe they are attempting to do is chintz on the substance so they could make more $.
The very best I could easily get out-of them is just a reimbursement of the delivery & managing, but what I truly needed was exactly the same bras I'd been purchasing going back 7 years! Really disappointed with this particular organization.
