I bought a set of Heelys in a Mervyns which was liquidating because of bankruptcy. Three nights later the language arrived totally detached in the shoe-making it difficult for my child to use. I attempted to switch at Mervynis but because of the bankruptcy regulations in California, these were under no-obligation to switch since the liquidator had control of the stock. I subsequently named Heelys and under their plan, their marketers can be found a "discount" on product, nor provide guarantees for their clients. I again, named Mervyns as well as these were not able to get Heelys to move on the plan.
Being in customer support myself, I find this undesirable. Both businesses must have endured behind the merchandise they offered. Today both businesses are out-of a dedicated client. This type of disgrace!!!
