While installing 4 new tires they over tightened the bolt that holds the center cap on. This broke the center cap and it would no longer stay on the wheel. They refused to replace the $66 cap and they said the cap was cracked previously. The owner of the business said, "you're sh*t out of luck, sue me."
Bottom line is that the cap was on the wheel when I brought the car in and it would not stay on when I left. On top of all this... They use their name to imply that "all tires" are "29.95". When challenged on this issue they say, "that's simply our company name." My tires were $100.95 each.
