Warning about frederick nissan dealership
nissan ultima 3.5 sr a lemon nightmare!
A work friend of mine bought his car back in June and experienced nothing but headaches from day one with cars remote ignition and control system. He is a thorough, intelligent professional who provides a very high level of customer service in his daily job as a retail sales associate, so this is not one of your random-unqualified customer complaints about a car dealership!
Short history of his experience as follows:
7-20-12: tried to start car, took 3 times to start. Engine service light came on.
7-21-12: took to Frederick Nissan service center. Car was put on computer and numerous codes came up on screen. Tech cleared codes, and then drove 10 miles, checked out OK.
7-22-12: went to store. One mile from store, warning light came on dash no key. Was in front of car, would not stop running.
