I recently ordered a door for a 2007 Suburban that they had in stock. I specified at least 4 times, that I wanted a door with perfect exterior paint that didn't need any body or paint work. The reason I was buying it was to replace a dented door. I was buying a black door to match my black Suburban so there would be no damage or paint work on the Suburban when the door was replaced.
I was assured by their salesman each time I made the statement, that the door was perfect and would need no paint or bodywork. I asked for a picture, but he didn't have one to send. He told me it was taken from a theft recovered Suburban and had no exterior damage.
When the door arrived, it had a very small dent above the door handle, and two very deep key scratches along the entire length of the door. The scratches had been painted over WITH A BRUSH in an attempt to cover them.
