Warning, if a company called CarAcquire ever calls you offering to help sell your vehicle, save yourself the grief you will go through with this company and just hang up on them.
The ammount of time and annoyance I have had to, and am still going through with these low lifes is just not worth it.
Once they had my money they feused to return my calls for feedback as a concerned customer.
I eventually tried to dispute the charge with my Credit Card company to no avail, but it looks like I might have to go back to the CC company to try and get my refund back.
I have been told by CarAcquire I would be receiving my refund June 22. Now they say the refunds have been delayed - no other reason given.
A supervisor - Stephanie was supposed to call me back June 28 with a reason - I'm still waiting for that call.
If there are a bunch of people out there in the same situation we all need to get together somehow and set a collection agency onto these people behind Caracquire.
