I purchased a vehicle above fair market value as a trade through Dodge in Fort Mill. There were so many things wrong with the vehicle. The staff made promise after promise to correct certain issues

I would like to express the regrets I have in purchasing a vehicle from the Dodge dealership in Fort Mill.

I was treated poorly and taken advantage of. I came into Dodge in rather a weak position and I traded a vehicle for a 2004 Ford Freestar that I paid a fair value for, and probably over fair market value.

Gio was who worked with me and he made promises that were not kept but the deal was already done and I already owned the vehicle. I brought it in the first time and only a few of the things that were supposed to be fixed were but the dash issues showed up again a few days later.

During this time, I was dealing with Wendy who was very unprofessional. She told me at one point that Gio would not allow her to fix the remaining issues and then I called Gio and he said that he hadn't even spoken to Wendy. I called her back and I politely told her that Gio said he didn't have that conversation with you and I was confused as to why one of them would be lying to me. She then hung up on me. I hadn't even been rude to her and she just hung up and then
of course would not return my calls and she still had my vehicle.

After I had the vehicle in my possession again, like I mentioned before the dash issues came back several days later. I called Wendy and called Wendy and left message after message and my calls were not returned.

My boyfriend called and finally spoke to another woman by the name of Tracy in the service department who said to bring it in and they would look at it but it was over the 90 days (we could not get our calls returned so of course we were over the 90 days). After two days he called her and she said that Gio would not approve them fixing anything on the vehicle. Later he called to speak with Gio only to find out that Gio was not even employed there anymore. Another lie.
This was on 4/2.

He also spoke with a manager apparently, who said he has been busy fixing Gio issues for two months now and he would look into it. Of course, we picked up the vehicle and haven't heard a word.

This is a very long story short. You also have staff there that has no problems making advances toward woman while they are conducting business.

After this chain of events, I emailed the head manager of Dodge and he had another member of his staff call me who worked me and agreed to solve some of the issues. It was not everything but I was at least feeling like this man was sincere in working with me to resolve the issues. After going back and forth and bringing the vehicle in for them to order parts, I finally had a date set for them to work on the vehicle. When I picked it up, none of the issues were fixed as Jamar had discussed with me... Just a minor makeshift fix to the consol and a few buttons repaired. After I spoke to them, again I was getting the same story (as if we never had the previous conversations and they hadn't agreed to fix things). I am at a go nowhere point with Dodge but they have taken advanatge of me for months and strung me along with new faces of their staff each time.
