Unprofessional, claim delay, no return calls, rude, dragging feet

I have also had problems with Juliette Driscoll at United Equitable for my claim. She did not return calls, was rude and unprofessional on phone, caused allot of unneccessary delays with claim and dragged her feet. The only way to address people and companies like her is to file complaints with the Illinois Department of Insurance.
