I have a 2007 Cadillac DTS which I have taken to Hutchinson Auto Mall in Macon Georgia to get repaired. Several months my car would not get into gear, I had it towed (by Onstar) to Hutchinson repair shop which was over $1300, here it is months later, about two weeks ago, my car would not go into gear again. Once again, I had it towed (by Onstar) to Hutchinson Auto Mall for repair, I spoke with the repair department, it will be $900 to get repaired. She stated that it was another reason why the car would not go into gear (internal) whereas the first time it was external.
I am also having problems with my headlights, I cannot drive my car at night because Hutchinson wants to charge me over $1000 to fix them whereas it was their fault. I had just gotten my car out of the shop with them, it was leaking transmission fluid, they sent a tow to get my car, my headlights stop working and I talk with the service department regarding this matter, I feel that since they had my car towed at their expense because of the half work they done to my car, they should be responsible for repairing my headlight.
